I am not only a mental health professional, I have worked in health and fitness for over 15 years. Unlike most mental health care providers it is within my scope to account for movement and nutrition when it comes to your care.
This means looking at both body and mind, working with many factors that are often overlooked. Nutrient status matters, as does sleep, stress, and other lifestyle factors.
