Helping you move from survival to soulful conscious growth and connection
Where mind, body, soul, ancestry, and science meet
I want to help you break free of overwhelm, by identifying the patterns that are holding you back
Our greatest struggles hold the catalyst to transform us, and they often show us our greatest strengths. Healing is an integrative journey, one that invites the lost and hidden parts of the self into awareness though the exploration of mental, emotional, spiritual, nutritional, physical and ancestral processes. As a somatic and depth-oriented clinical practitioner, I am here to support you in navigating your past, grounding in the present, and returning to your truest self.
I am an AMFT (#155303) and APCC (#19493) located in California
I am supervised by Melinda Kincaid, LMFT CA License #49407
& Jon Wise, LMFT CA license #103655
Why integrative therapy is different:
Integrative therapy takes into account nutrition and lifestyle factors
I am both a mental health professional and I have worked in health and fitness for over 15 years. Unlike most clinicians it is within my scope to account for movement and nutrition when it comes to your care.
This means looking at both body and mind, working with many factors that are often overlooked. Nutrient status matters, as does sleep, stress, and other lifestyle factors.

A gentle return to our first language:
the language of the body
My work is rooted in the understanding that the body holds stories the mind has not yet put into words. Whether you're an individual navigating old wounds or a couple caught in painful patterns, our time together begins with one simple truth: your body and psyche already hold the wisdom you need to heal.
In our work, I will invite you to slow down—to listen deeply to what is moving underneath the surface. This might look like paying attention to the clench in your jaw, the tears that rise without reason, or the way your chest tightens in the presence of conflict. It may also look like an image or metaphor that you keep returning to, as we dig deeper into what the words you are saying truly mean to you. These are not obstacles; they are guides. Through somatic practices like breathwork, body tracking, and grounding, we create space for your nervous system to settle, speak, and restore.
From a depth psychological lens, we go even further inward. We explore dreams (waking and sleeping), relational dynamics, and the patterns that have shaped your story—not to pathologize them, but to understand their origins and uncover their deeper meaning. This approach does not offer quick fixes. It offers something deeper: a relationship with your unconscious, your history, and your potential for change.
For couples, this work creates the ground where new patterns of connection can take root. As we attune to the subtle ways your bodies respond to one another, we begin to repair what has been missed, misheard, or misunderstood. This is not just communication work—it’s the reclamation of felt safety, trust, and emotional intimacy.
Whether you come as an individual or as a couple, our work will always honor both the tangible and the unseen—psyche and soma, grief and hope, contraction and renewal. I am here to hold a steady, compassionate space as you reconnect with your own inner compass and move toward a life that feels more whole, more alive, and more true to you.
